Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Team WECO is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our service team. You will act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and the invoicing department. The CSR plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth workflow from the start of a service call to the completion of invoicing, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive work orders from the dispatch clerk and begin job tracking.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file job documents.
  • Contact technicians daily via phone, email, and internal tools for status updates and support.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using company tools and resources.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of work orders, vendor invoices, and job documentation.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through professional and open communication.
  • Collect all required documentation upon job completion and forward it to the invoicing clerk.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal team members as needed to ensure service success.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with computer-based systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
